Meditation enables us to move from higher frequency brain waves to lower frequency, which activates different centres in the brain. Slower wavelengths = more time between thoughts = more opportunity to skilfully choose which thoughts you invest in and what actions you take.
This class is for people interested in meditation, which is complementary to any style of yoga. it is a way to learn how to relax body and mind.
This session is a most peaceful end to the working week, especially when combined with the Hatha class before. Stay on after yoga for a double bill, or do the meditation only.
