Inferno Hot Pilates is a hot workout that is classed as HIIT – high intensity interval training. It is based on Pilates principles, including engaging the core, but is more intense and sweaty than you would expect in a traditional Pilates class.
The perfect complement to hot yoga, Inferno Hot Pilates will tone up the major muscle groups in the legs, butt and tum, including abdominal muscles, glutes and quadriceps. Shoulder and arm moves are included for a full body workout.
This one-hour class is set to music with big beats to keep you moving. It is the ultimate weight loss class, with high calorie burn. The heat adds to the intensity of the class, which is designed to give fast results and an energy boost.
It is best to come to class on an empty stomach. Please hydrate several hours before coming to class or drink more the night before for a morning class. You can bring water for inside the hot room, but little sips are best. Bring a towel for your mat and another for a shower - or you can hire these items at our studio.
